I recently stayed at Hyatt Zilara for my honeymoon and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel and surrounding grounds were beautiful, and the beach had white sand and clear water. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the dining options were fantastic, especially the Italian and steak restaurants. They even provided access to the aqua park at Hyatt Ziva, which was a lot of fun.

The room had climate control, a laptop-size safe, and a flat-screen TV which I really enjoyed. The bathroom was luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were excellent, extremely friendly, and the location was marvelous for accessing the nearby bars.

The location of the resort is fantastic, with a beautiful beach just steps away and close proximity to the PUJ airport. The dining options are impressive, especially the Indian and Italian restaurants which received high praise from previous guests. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with luxurious showers and spacious bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and attentive employees making your stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast at the buffet is a treat, with fresh and plentiful options available. Additionally, the facilities such as the gym and aqua park add to the overall experience.
